One of the first shows I had participated in I submitted a version of this painting, sized 30 x 40".    It was one of my favorite peices, and decided to return to it for a bit of a study. Still makes me happy looking at it.

Today I received a phone call from the Noyes Museum of Art.  I have two paintings showing at Gloucester County College's current exhibition.  Apparently the Noyes Museum, along with Perkins Center for the Arts, had browsed thru the show and chose a percentage of the paintings to be featured at their facilities in early 2011.  Both of mine were chosen.  I will have one at the Noyes and one at Perkins.  I am so excited!  Figured it was a good reason to celebrate; merlot it is.
